I LOVE cake. Huge Fan. But sometimes you just want something lighter. Plus I know so many people trying to avoid flour in general that I wanted to come up with something that everyone could enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
2.5 Frozen Bananas
1/2 - 1 cup Rice Milk
7 Baby Carrots
1 Mango
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
TOPPINGS - optional
Granola
Maple Syrup
Sunflower Seed Butter
Shredded Carrot
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients until desired consistency is achieved
Top it with some delicious toppings and enjoy!
