Easy 2 Ingredient BBQ Cauliflower



These weight loss friendly cauliflower florets are packed with deep, smokey, sweet flavor. The aroma that will fill your home as these tender bites bake will have your mouth watering before you even see your finished masterpiece!


INGREDIENTS

- 24oz Bag of Cauliflower Florets

- 1/2 cup of Koa's BBQ Sauce



  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Empty bag of cauliflower florets onto baking sheet. Break any larger pieces down, they should all be similar in size. Spread them out.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes

  5. Remove from oven. Using the parchment as a way to life the florets, funnel them into a large mixing bowl. preferably one with a lid.

  6. Add BBQ Sauce

  7. Place lid on bowl and shake to coat the florets. If you don't have a lid just toss them to coat them with a large spoon.

  8. Pour contents back onto the parchment lined baking sheet

  9. Bake for 45 minutes

  10. Remove from your oven and enjoy!
