Koa's BBQ Sauce

This BBQ sauce is the best I have ever had. My daughter eats it right off the spoon! When choosing a name for it, she declared it be named - Koa's - Give it a try! I know you will love it!



Yields 16oz

Prep Time 5 Minutes

Total Time 10 Minutes

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days


INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cups Coconut Aminos

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 6oz Tomato Paste

  • 3tsp Stone Ground Mustard

  • 4tsp White Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Dried Fig OR 1tbsp Date Syrup

  • 1/2tsp Garlic Powder

  • 2tsp Dehydrated Onion

  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (depending on how spicy you like it)

  • 2tbsp Liquid Smoke


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor

  2. Blend until smooth



TIPS

  • If you do not have a high speed blender or a food processor that can handle smoothing out a whole fig, then use the Date Syrup instead.
