INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large Purple Sweet Potato (baked, steamed, or pressure cooked)
- 2tbsp Rice Milk
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon
- Strawberries
- Maple Syrup (optional)
- Chia Seeds (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the skin from your potato
Mash in a bowl with a fork
Add in Rice Milk, Vanilla, and Cinnamon
Mix well
Top with berries, chia seeds, and syrup
